Children and Adolescents.

When working with your child/adolescent, I will help them learn how to manage life’s stressors. By developing coping skills and fostering emotional resiliency, they will be better equipped to face and transcend the challenges that overwhelm them. My style is to work with both you and your child to resolve the initial issue, increase their overall self-esteem, and empower you as a parent. In fact, this therapeutic approach fosters an incredibly profound opportunity to strengthen and/or repair the parent-child connection.
